Appreciated the room and facilities, like netflix and a couch. The location of the apartment was great for my needs adjacent to a beautiful surroundings and the sea and New Plymouth and the famous Egmont volcano behind and the nature. There were coffee, tea, fresh bread, and muesli, available for breakfast.

Magnificent and awesome location, near mountain. Plus short walk to the National Park and the pond. Warm welcome from host. Big rooms overall with 2 beds. Vews of the mountain. Great value, no reason to complain...

The rooms at Georges Bnb Nature And Lifestyle Retreat are cozy and comfortable, with a lovely patio offering beautiful views of the river. We really enjoyed sitting outside and taking in the scenery.

Personally, I found the hairdryer in the bathroom to be a bit outdated. However, I understand that some might still find it functional and sufficient.

i've had suite with bathrooms and such a comfy bed and view direct into native bush. there were a shower, hairdryers and bath sheets in the bathroom. i loved breads and muesli for breakfast.

the apartment was fantastic, had great and awesome location right by the nearby creek, and a garden with lots of flowers. overall had a great experience that's good value.

The location was perfect, close to the start of the Mangorei Track, and the staff were pretty good too make us feel at home. Thanks, George!

Comfortable and spacious rooms with direct access to a beautiful garden. Well-equipped kitchen and self-service breakfast included. Friendly and helpful host.

Beautiful views of Mount Taranaki from the room window, made our romantic escape even more special. The bed was comfortable, we had a hard time getting up in the morning!

Pillows were not the best, could use some new ones of different firmness. Having to share with strangers was less than ideal for a romantic getaway.

We had a great stay at this nature retreat! Despite the rainy weather, we made the most of our time indoors. The owner, Ben, was helpful and showed us how to use the TV and coffee machine. We enjoyed cooking our own dinner in the well-equipped kitchen and relaxing on the comfortable sofa in the living room. It reminded me of staying in our own house. The location surrounded by nature was beautiful, and we can imagine how fine it would be in better weather. we had a wonderful experience at Georges Bnb Nature And Lifestyle Retreat and would definitely recommend it.

We had an amazing stay at this B&B! The value for money was fantastic, and the room was comfortable with fine views of Mt Taranaki. The location was perfect for nature lovers, with a beautiful bushwalk and creek nearby. George, the owner, was friendly and kind.

The only thing that could have made breakfast better is if there were hot chocolate sachets or drinking chocolate available for the children.
